Public sale of farm lands in Warwick township
On September 1915 the executor of Franklin D Becker will offer at public sale two adjoining farms in Warwick township along the Lititz road. Lot 1 covers 87 acres and 187 perches with multiple buildings including brick dwelling, tenant house, barn and sheds. Lot 2 contains 89 acres and 43 perches. The properties feature spring water, an orchard, grape vines, and limestone soil in good cultivation.

Public sale of Reapho township farm and fruit orchard details
On Tuesday September 21 1915 the undersigned offers at public sale on the premises in Reapho township near Ruhl’s Church a 95 acre gravel land farm with two story brick dwelling frame bank barn and other buildings. The seven acre fruit orchard bears apples peaches pears quinces plums and grapes grown in a favorable climate. In 1914 the orchard yielded 500 bushels apples and 75 baskets peaches. The property lies four miles north of Manheim Borough near Kuhls Church and Chestnut Grove schoolhouse with sale starting at 2 PM.
