Founding of U B Church Tandig Vallee commemorated
Sunday members from Stedmans Highville and Green Hill U B churches toured the Isaac Long barn near Landis Valley where the United Brethren began in 1767 by Martin Boehm and Rev William Otterbein. They visited Long's Memorial church, Neffsville, and heard an address by Rev A K Weir. The barn and an historical address highlighted early church beginnings and present policies. The event drew a full house.
