New Jerusalem church dedicated at Penryn
The Jerusalem Reformed church at Penryn was dedicated on a bright Autumn Sunday with a large turnout. The ceremony featured a Tuscin organ, an organist, an address by Rev. Dr. Geo W. Richards, and a total cost of 83500. The building uses hard wood finish, hot air heating, Centra gas lighting, and elaborate interior fittings. A public appeal invited donations to support the church. Separately, Lebanon youth Earl Shay, 17, was killed when he and another boy were struck by a bridge while riding a freight train near Manheim.
