Endler of Manheim and the Lancaster Trust Co. for the Hotel Sturgis property on East Main Street move forward though court approval is required and final action may come in weeks. If the Kneller plan fails, Lititz could still see Endler or another buyer use the site for a theatre, with the current garage area converted to a cinema and parking nearby, while the Hess Front Market and Lutz Market House area remain untouched.
