Sites for federal building delays in Lititz scope
Downtown site options would require adjoining properties to gain frontage and would exceed the 12,000 budget. Southwest and northwest Square corners look best but lack sufficient size. Acquisition of Leaene, Gingrich, Blatt areas or adjacent residences would be needed. Legion Post favors a new federal building but money allotted has not triggered responses. Ephraim has not heard from sites for his new Post Office, delaying Lititz again.
