Mrs. Sacra Jenkins reports thrift gardens thriving in Lititz as 100 plus plots raised for food for rise by families. Seeds distributed by American Red Cross funded by local help. Land donated with Dr Ry Posey aiding. mainly boys and girls tend the fine gardens. Jenkins will share gardens with anyone who can tend them. She leaves for Camp Nawakwa next week to train as health rector and oversee a garden at the camp with youth involvement.

Odd Fellows Chorus to Sing at Maytown Event
The Male Chorus of the Tutz Lodge of Odd Fellows will perform at the annual program of the Past Grounds Association of Northern Lancaster Counts Sunday at Done Springs Church near Maytown. The program starts at 2 Standard Time with Rev Harold Fry delivering the address. Members depart from the lodge at 1 o clock daylight time. transportation is provided and the public is invited to attend the service.
