The Ringgold and Lititz bands drew praise, gate receipts lagged last year at 1935.65 dollars, and auto crowds kept the town lit until the rain cooled the night. Snavely sold six horse team bells once used on mill teams to an antiques collector, valued for their tones and as road warning devices.
