Town Regulations of Lititz 1759 Continue in Historic Rules
The Lititz town rules urge collective governance by a Committee for Temporal Affairs including elders and wardens. Prospective settlers must disclose debts and secure payment before building. Residents must obey provincial laws and village regulations under the Unitas Fratrum. The committee arbitrates disputes, and social interactions are restricted to align with choir principles. Players must trade for cash or equivalents, and loans require committee consent.
