No Band for Lititz From all Apparel
Lititz faces losing its band this summer as rehearsal space at Warwick House must be vacated due to a shoe company renting part of the building. Leader Harry Kepple cites finances preventing a new room and notes the band, founded by Paul Beck two decades ago, could dissolve unless a solution arises. The town recalls earlier bands dating to 1812 and highlights past public performances for Lafayette and the 1884 rail opening.
