Suspects Deny Role in Newcastle Murder Case
Terre Haute Sept 4 Mrs Jane Moyer 24 and Charles Jensley 88 are being questioned by detectives in connection with the Newcastle Ind murder of Mrs Myrtle Miller last week. Moyer told reporters she and Beasley traveled from Terre Haute August 26 at 5 p.m. arrived at Miller's home that evening and stayed until Tuesday afternoon. She said Miller was cheerful and that an officer visited Miller’s house before they left. Miller allegedly gave them her keys and warned she might not return as she planned to go out to earn money.
