Week in Greene Circuit Court Yields Many Civil Dispositions
Greene County court disposed of a large civil docket this week with eleven new complaints filed, including two divorces. Old state cases Carlo Glen Fiscus and William Estergage saw fines and penal farm terms for petit larceny. George Barnhart and Hugh White pled guilty to liquor transport with fines and prison terms, the latter suspended on good behavior. Several case settlements and dismissals followed, including McKillip crossing accident claims for 3500 dollars. Multiple foreclosures, guardian petitions, and note suits proceeded with varying judgments and fees.
