First Responses for Salvation Army All First Responses
The Salvation Army drive in Linton uses club canvassing instead of door to door methods. Mrs. A. M. Beasley heads the ladies committee soliciting donations to April 8. Mohawk lodge sent the first donation and Joe Hasemia is treasurer arranging pledges. Local lodges may contribute earlier. Over 1,500 persons aided last year. funds are essential to continue services in Linton and Greene County.

Yolanda a thrilling romance dominates the evening alongside a cross word novelty film Mire Cetemaun with a grand organ score. On Friday the Grand Theatre announces a policy of two high class metropolitan vaudeville acts paired with the feature and novelty reels.
