Changes Ordered In County Dog Tax Fund
Greene county officials enact the county dog tax law under House Bill 217 effective March 12 1935. The board fixes 1925 dog tax at 3 for each dog and 5 for each additional dog, with funds moved from township to county accounts and the township trustee duties ending. Damages claims for livestock must be filed within ten days with the county auditor.
