Charles L. Davis president of the National Bank of Sullivan and noted land owner and stock raiser, died suddenly at his winter home in St. Petersburg Florida. Messages to Sullivan relatives indicate few details and the body will depart St. Petersburg tonight for Sullivan arriving Sunday morning. Funeral arrangements will be announced after Carter arrives.
