Accident at New Hope coal mine injures worker
Sam Masters, a veteran employee at the New Hope coal mine north of Linton, was injured at about 10 55 this morning while operating a drilling machine. A piece of slate jarred loose by machine vibrations struck him, fracturing a vertebra. He is in Freeman Greene county hospital in satisfactory condition. Zeno Price and James E.
