Jury voids late Rampley will in Sullivan court
In Sullivan Circuit Court the jury ruled that the will of Richard R. Rampley was void and that the testator was mentally unsound when executed. The estate, valued at about $10,000, would go to three nephews, disinheriting his sons and daughters. The case arose from Rumpley’s residence in Fair Play and the suit began in this county. The jury deliberated about three hours after testimony from six until noon.
