GIL SUIT ACTION IN CIRCUIT COURT AND BOND ORDERS
Bloomfield June 6 In circuit court yesterday several cases were heard including State of Indiana on relation of Western Indiana Gravel Company versus George Trudson auditor of Greene County. Orders included mortgage foreclosure, appointment of Oscar R Shields as receiver, and sale approvals. County board met and ordered bids on five bridges and for crushed stone, with bond requirements for public improvements.
