Creditors win Indiana assets of C. W. Jean company in bid of 115000

Principal creditors led by bankers and directors secured the assets in Indiana appraised at 112684.12 after a June 4 sale approved by Judge Van Buskirk. The bid was for the entire property, with several smaller bids for individual units. The creditors plan rapid organization and operation, with a meeting likely next Tuesday in Worthington.

Fritz hit 189 of 150 and earned a silver pitcher. Powell shot 138. Harmon 131. Scherer 128. The team traveled from Terre Haute to Paris and back, pleased with the trip and treatment.
