Clyde Noah Pearson a 59 year old Bloomfield resident was killed instantly at Bloomfield's waterworks filtration plant when scaffolding collapsed a heavy cart with concrete fell on him he died of a crushed skull witnesses said he was guiding the cart up a ramp and the scaffold gave way.
