Bank Robbery Arrests Reach Indiana Town Verdict
In Worthington Indiana Daniel Utiller sixty years old and tied to a Greene County family was arrested Saturday afternoon after a bank holdup in Brooklyn. Police say Utiller and an Indianapolis suspect aided by a car left Worthington Friday morning and the bandits robbed the Peoples Menpisit State Bank of $780.

Chicken Thief Receives Warm Reception at Sharp Home
A chicken thief was startled at William Sharp's home three quarters of a mile north of the city park when Sharp fired on him with a double barreled shotgun. The thief dropped a bag of corn and fled, later prompting a local physician to be summoned for a patient shot near the alley by Sharp. Police suspect the caller aiming to lure the doctor was the burglar as Sharp claims to have winged the man.
