Vaughn of Sullivan route five paid 5 dollars plus costs totaling 20.75 for driving 80 mph on state road 54, 24% miles east of Dugger. State Policeman Clyde L. McIntosh filed the charge. Troy Scroggins of Linton, arrested Sunday on a driving while intoxicated charge, pled not guilty and was released on 200 bond for appearance on Saturday, March 1.
