Alex Brown 68 of Exline Corner west of Dugger died Monday at his daughter’s Terre Haute home after a stroke that began January 12. He had worked in Sullivan County coal fields and leaves widow Mary B. Brown, four daughters Agnes Dyer Lucyle King Mary M. Taylor Mildred Haney, three sons David Alex Carl, and several relatives. Burial is in Dugger cemetery after funeral at the Dugger Christian church.
