Mrs. Margaret Ann Hollowell Hixson 59 of Linton died at 9:25 Saturday morning in Freeman Greene county hospital after long illness. Born April 27 1895 in Linton she lived most of her life here. Survived by two sisters Lola Hollowell Turner and Mrs Glenn Lynn a niece Phyllis Ann Barker and nephew Harold Graves. Funeral at Welch and Cornett Funeral home Tuesday at 2 PM with Rev. David Shepherd officiating burial in Fairview cemetery.

James Walter Hubbell eighty five year old retired farmer died at 10:20 Sunday night at his daughter Hazel Grays home in Worthington area after a lingering illness. He was born June 8 1869 and lived in Greene and Owen counties. Survived by two daughters a step son five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
