John Spiker of Newcastle Pennsylvania was identified as the second fatal victim in this morning’s collision when a truck crashed into a Big Four flight train. State road 67 traffic was halted about three hours as wreckage was cleared and the highway reopened. Anderson lay dead in the truck cab. Spiker was found about fifteen feet away. It remained unclear whether Spiker was ejected or crawled free. Worthington City remains without a fatal automobile accident in its history.
