United Press International reports Indiana logged at least nine traffic deaths during a 54hour weekend raising the toll to 146 for 1965, with Kendallville teen Claude A Parker 18 struck and killed Sunday night along Indiana 3. Henry Brokstar 61 and James Ellis 22 killed in separate Friday night crashes in East Chicago and Indianapolis.
