Rebecca A. Taylor, 91, longtime community resident, died at 2:45 a.m. at her home on 590 A Street Northwest after a year of illness. Widow of Civil War veteran Howard Taylor, she was born February 28, 1845 in Washington County Indiana and lived in the city 37 years.
