Freak Accident Kills Gary Man On I-80
A freak crash on Interstate 80 in Gary, Indiana, killed Julius P. Caine, 44, after a hood popped, a hat blew away, and he chased it. His car rolled driverless, was hit by a truck driven by Gerald Salyers, 24, of Bowling Green. Caine’s 13-year-old daughter Susan survived shock with minor injuries.
