Vincennes Officer Sentenced On Multiple Auto Theft Counts
Spencer Cooper former motor policeman in Vincennes pleaded guilty to three counts in Knox circuit court. He received separate sentences including three to five years in the reformatory and a five year disfranchisement on the first two counts and ten days in jail on the third for grand larceny related to auto and accessory thefts. He must serve the ten day jail term before transfer to the reformatory.
