Six Children Burned to Death in Taumbauer sville Fire

Man Held on Murder Charge in Waterloo Slaying
James E. Miller 27 of Waterloo is jailed in DeKalb County on a murder charge after Murven Tuttle 29 was shot around midnight Sunday in a quiet Waterloo neighborhood. Tuttle's body was found at 6:45 a.m. by his father Charles Tuttle. Miller reportedly confessed, saying the gun went off during a scuffle after he tried to scare Tuttle.
