Local families gather for visits and reunions across towns

Brownstown and nearby areas see a flurry of Sunday and weekday visits. Dexter Ferguson and Frank Griffiths families travel to Jasonville while many others welcome relatives from Vicksburg Solsberry Midland and Terre Haute. A Long family reunion at Hobbieville draws relatives. Willie Lankford and John Barnes host others. Robert Archibald returns from a six week Western tour, noting Yellowstone Portland and California sights. Several church and community events are listed with gatherings, park trips and a surprise party for Pauline Bledsoe.
