Missouri Amended Trial Right For Felony Indictments
An act amends Section 15 of Chapter 208 to require personal presence for felony trial or plea, or consent by court and circuit attorney for absence. Verdicts may be received and entered in absence if the defendant is willfully or voluntarily absent, with same effect as presence. The act takes effect upon passage.
