A Republican State Convention will be held at Des Moines on Wednesday the 23d day of July A D 1802 to nominate a Secretary and Auditor of State Attorney General and Register of the State Land Office and to conduct necessary business. Delegates: one from each organized county or one for every hundred votes for Lincoln in 1860 plus one more for fractions over fifty.
