A 29 year old California woman identified as Mrs Judy Alferez caused a Philadelphia bound Pennsylvania railroad train to pause for 18 minutes. Detective Sgt Adam Judycki said she assaulted and threatened crew after entering the Pullman aisle from New York, claiming she would sleep there. She is charged with assault and battery disorderly conduct and intoxication.
