Burial of A J Cray Brings Lime Springs Tribute

The body of A J Cray former Lime Springs banker and lumberman was returned for burial. Graveside rites were held May 29 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Rev Merlin Ackerson officiating. Cray helped found Lime Springs landmarks including an elevator and several lumber yards and served as mayor for twelve terms.

Newborns Kevin David and two Morgan twins reported

Mr and Mrs David N Cole welcomed a son Kevin David weighing 7 lbs ? oz at Mercy Hospital Mason City on May 30. Mother Verna Jean Atzen. In Cresco Hospital twin boys Timothy Michael and Thomas Wayne born May 28 to Mr and Mrs Charles Morgan weighing 11 oz and 7 lbs respectively. The Morgans already have three other children.
