Lloyd B. Cunningham of Vernon Springs and Jos Bouska of Pretivin will contest for the office of representative in the general assembly. The special election in Howard county is set for Monday December 12. Democratic and Republican county committees nominated their choices after local meetings at the court house. Osie Kerr, Dal as Iowa coach and teacher, led a football squad that went undefeated this season with no opponent crossing their 10 yard line.
