Final Session Of Old Liberty Council Meets In Night Session
The Liberty council held its final meeting with all members present. Commander Beaupie petitioned for town reform and a move to Liberty. The council approved several payments including nursing bills from Private Matt Mahoney and decided to seek collection if Mahoney does not respond.

Auto Owners Must Attach Front and Rear Number Plates
Vehicle owners must display two number plates one at the front and one at the rear. Licensed fees apply per vehicle and for a 25 horsepower or antler car the fee is 12 dollars, above that 14 dollars. If a plate is missing the remaining plate must be detached and sent to the Motor branch for processing with license details. plates are issued upon payment. After December 1918 driving without a 1919 license and two plates may incur a fine.
