Reward Offered for Arrest in Barn Fire on 10th Street
Oliver Wilcoxon offers a 25 reward for the arrest of the person who tried to burn his barn on 10th street. The fire targeted coal oil treated wood and was detected early, saving the barn and contents. The barn was leased to Chas Ellis who used it to stable a horse.
