Efforts to Revitalize the Lexington Historical Society

County Court Action Clears Lafayette Criminal Costs

Lafayette County courthouse met all last week without adjournment and ordered $7,734.08 to wipe out prior criminal costs. The court fixed railroad and telegraph property assessments, appointed district road commissioners, and ordered surveys and reports on several road petitions while noting annual settlements of county officers.
