Taxpayers in Columbia support a state college of agriculture that offers a free six week course starting January 5 to help busy farmers prepare for spring work. Nebraska Quits Missouri Debate Over Athletic Relations
Nebraska will not debate Missouri University this year. A telegram to the State University states relations between the two institutions have been strained for some time. Missouri severed athletic relations with Nebraska last fall over professionalism. No reason given for Nebraska’s action regarding the annual debate. Frank Wale and wife traveled to Odessa Thursday to spend Christmas with relatives.
