On Thursday Miss Ruby Brown of Lebi grew gravely ill and was taken to Balt Lake by train for hospital care. Doctor Nogen diagnosed appendicitis after Sunday, an operation followed, and after a difficult few days she shows signs of recovery with steady improvement.
Mr. Loo Jacobs fell from his whee on Wednesday morning while riding to the sugar factory. He sustained a badly cut lip and facial scrapes. Dr. Steelman treated him and placed three stitches in the lip.
