The funeral for Mire Lanier Agnes Taylor Evans wife of Milee Evane followed at the meeting home Sunday at noon with Bishop Andrew Fjeil presiding. Speakers praised her virtues and devotion as a Latter day Saint and spoke of her family, education, and service. She was born September 4 1871 baptized in 1888 and Endowed in 1887 at the Salt Lake Temple. She survived by six children husband and parents.

Mrs. Rachel Campbell of Garland, Box Elder County, died March 11 at age 75. Born in Lehi, she endured frontier hardship with nine children, seven grandchildren, and fifteen great grandchildren. Her husband preceded her. she remained a devoted believer in the gospel and helped sustain early settlers through harvest and daily chores.
