By decree in a Boone County Indiana case John M. Boyd as plaintiff seeks rents and profits of real estate in Boone County for up to seven years. If not enough, the fee simple may be sold to satisfy the decree with costs. Sale set for July Ith 1879 at the courthouse door between 10 am and 4 pm.
