Two civil sale notices from Boone County Indiana. One advertises a mortgage foreclosure commanding sale of parcels in Boone County to satisfy a 7842 debt with rents and profits for up to seven years and a deed transfer if needed. The second lists a separate sale of 51 acres in section 5 township 19, with adjacent Michigan State Road, under similar terms.
By virtue of a certified decree copy the Boone County court will offer at public sale the west half of the northwest quarter of section 15 township 19 north range 1 west Boone County Indiana containing 15 acres more or less to satisfy $117.86 with interest and costs. If rents and profits are insufficient the fee simple is offered to discharge the decree with costs. Sale is at the Boone County Courthouse May 22 1879. F M Charlton attorney for plaintiffs. In Boone County Patliina on the T4th day of 1879 the sheriff will expose at public sale the rents and profits of Lot 1 in Miller’s addition to Zion ville to satisfy a decree against James M stalls and Sarah J Smock and John P Smock with costs and interest. The sale runs 10 am to 1 pm at the courthouse door. Proceeds go to discharge the decree.
