A marble tombstone marks the grave of Joseph Johns at Moonshine church in Lebanon county. An aged recluse said to be the county’s oldest resident, Johns claimed to be born in Virginia and to have escaped slavery before the Civil War. John Fahler, whose land he lived on, arranged the grave marker with a company in Jonestown.
