Young Boy Injured In Fall From Building
Charles Brown nine, son of Heber Brown of North Fifth Street, injured Tuesday evening when stepping on loose boards on a second floor of a new building and falling to the cellar. His arm caught a joint, causing a deep gash and bruises. Dr. George Fisher treated him. ten staples used. Also, three year old William Matthews of Maple Street sustained a painful injury sliding on a cellar door with a deep gash. He was dressed by Dr. Fisher.

Hottest Day Brings Intense Heat To Tulsa
Tuesday's extreme heat caused widespread suffering in Tulsa. The city recorded a record high for four to five years with afternoon temperatures around 105 degrees, a cooling breeze only after 10 p.m. Many workers faced exhaustion, including iron works and furnace employees who halted duties, and street railway laborers who paused work multiple times.
