Saturday evening collision of two cars at Lincoln avenue and Cumberland street injured two women and left two men unhurt. Mrs. Catherine Belstle of Shippensburg suffered possible skull fracture and scalp lacerations, improved today at Good Samaritan hospital. Mrs. Grant Overcash of Stowe treated for possible left ankle fracture and discharged. Grant Overcash and Harry F E Keesey escaped with minor bruises and no arrests were made as State Police investigate. Fire crews responded after Overcash’s car hit a pole triggering the alarm.

Earl Heilman Injures Thumb Chopping Wood

Hummel injured after balcony fall in Palmyra

In court Warren G Light secured approval to sell remaining notes and accounts receivable to the bondholders committee led by the Pennsylvania Company for the Insurance on Lives and Granting Annuities for 7867.01 dollars. Of this amount 13 percent or 1021.68 dollars goes to creditors not in the bondholders group. The only obligations left are tenants due before receivership and these will likely be sold at public sale. The court was told efforts continue toward a speedy dissolution and a dissolution application is hoped for soon. The bids for the accounts receivable were open but only one bid was received.
