Mrs Ann Edlin Dies at Ninety in Harrison Township
Mrs. Ann Edlin aged ninety years eight months six days died at 4 a.m. in Harrison township at her daughter Elizabeth Huffman’s home from old age and heart trouble. She was born January 18 1818 in Nicholas county Kentucky and moved to Putnam then to this county in 1845. Surviving children include Elizabeth Huffman Mule Toney Eliza Joseph Charity Walker Charles Samuel HL and John with sister Charity Miller also living in Hendricks county Salem ME. Funeral at Milledgeville Methodist Protestant church Friday at 2 p.m. conducted by Revs James Shirley and J A Rhodes with interment in Milledgeville.

Died Near Kirklin James P Martin Farmer Passes
James P. Martin, a well known farmer living three and a half miles west of Kirklin, died Tuesday evening at 4 o'clock from blood poisoning that followed a tooth extraction six to eight weeks earlier. He was 54, twice married, with a second wife who survived along with several children from his first marriage. Nina Martin, 20, is at home. Funeral services were held at 11 this morning at St Pauls church near Scholeville with the burial at St Pauls cemetery after a 7 o'clock cortege departure.
