Frankfort lawyers Pryor and Layman plan habeas corpus proceedings to return Mrs Wallace to her husband and home. They may also sue the Egbert couple and the Boone county sheriff for their actions.

Asbury Williams Boone county recorder cites 1925 act requiring cemetery associations to record plats in the plat book with six months to comply. After October 31 it becomes unlawful to sell a lot and fines range 100 to 500 dollars. each 30 days noncompliance is a new offense.
