Franklin Ind March 26 Contracts between Indiana Bell Telephone Co and A T T require Indiana Bell to pay 4 percent of gross earnings to the parent company. Judge Freemont Miller ordered the contracts read into evidence in the suit to revoke Indiana Bell's charter. Defense argued the items violate no anti trust law while prosecution said contracts show joint efforts to restrain competition by routing outside lines over the other company’s lines.

Marked interest grows for the first inter scholastic girls debate scheduled Friday night March 27 at the Lebanon and Kokomo high schools.
