In Boone Circuit Court Albert Spohn was found guilty of murder in the Krupp case. The jury retired at 6:29 and returned at 9:30 p.m. The judge sentenced Spohn to the Reformatory for a term of from two to twenty one years. Spohn will likely be taken to Jeffersonville tomorrow.
